Return conditions:

• Return your item within 60 days of delivery.
• Include the original packing slip or invoice.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
• Return the item in its original packaging, including the original black zip pouch.
• Include all accessories that came with your order, such as the black zip pouch, the leather gel, the cotton bag, and the gift box (if applicable).
  

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please don't send it back yet. Contact us by email first and include photos of the damage so we can assist you.

2. Select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
3. Choose a refund, exchange, or store credit.
4. Print your free return label and send your package back.
5. Once your package arrives, we'll process your return.

After we receive your return:

• Exchange: Ships within approximately 5 business days.
• Store Credit: Sent by email.
• Refund: Returned to your original payment method after inspection.
