Good product – poor service
"I received what I thought were two pairs of gloves from an Italian manufacturer. The gloves are well made and suitable for fashion use. However, the palm is not really suitable for use as it creases easily. What is really annoying, however, is the fact that the product was actually delivered to Germany from the USA – not Italy – and I subsequently received a hefty additional charge from the delivery company FedEx for customs clearance. Gloves that supposedly cost EUR 230 ended up costing me a total of around EUR 310. There were no indications of this during the transaction process – long live the small print in the terms and conditions. Anyone who relies on such methods is untrustworthy."
